Forney operations with Covid19 precautions

Corona Virus

Forney is taking every precaution to continue operations during the Covid19 pandemic. A core value at Forney is the health and safety of our employees and those we work with. We have implemented the recommended procedures including sanitizers, washing hands, social distancing in the workplace, and work from home where possible. All operations continue including project manufacturing and assembly, spare parts availability, and distribution. Our customer service agents are available at their normal phone numbers and can be reached through our 972 458 6100 number or 800 356 7740 for 24 hour emergency support.

For our customers requiring on-site service, please contact Lorrie Davidson at 972 458 6334, your local Sales Representative, or the 24 emergency number above. We have stopped all International air travel and most domestic air travel. However we do have regional resources in many locations that may be able to get to your site via ground transportation. We are also enabling remote monitoring and connection for factory acceptance tests on new projects. In some cases these tests may need to be run following installation.

For our suppliers, we have established drop off zones for most commodities at our facilities. These should allow for delivery of materials without human interaction. We are also converting to payment via ACH to eliminate the issuing of checks. Please contact our Accounting group at 972 458 6100 if you have any questions. Any contractors performing work at a Forney site should contact local management for precautions prior to starting work.

Please be flexible as guidance and timelines continue to fluctuate. We will continue to communicate with you as the situation evolves. Working together we are confident of our ability to meet your needs in these extraordinary times and look forward to normal operations in the future.

Best regards,

Tom Demrick
