Forney’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement:
At Forney, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is in the forefront of everything we do in terms of planning, organizing and decision making. While many organizations are focusing on creating their own DEI policy, we believe we have been doing the right thing for many years. With offices in several international locations, we look for opportunities to continue using our diverse model for recruiting, on-boarding and hiring in such areas as: US, Mexico, India, Egypt, Taiwan, Singapore, China and Australia.
This process allows Forney to continue to expand our forward thinking and consider each idea from our diverse pool as a new possibility when considering business development with new products. This also, allows employees to freely share their culture, ideas, and backgrounds with Forney, and while not all ideas will be put in place or practiced it insures employees the confidence to know that they are a valued part of the organization.
Here at Forney DEI has been practiced for many years. With this DEI initiative Forney hopes to attract new college graduate, interns, trade school certified students, and recently retired individuals along with an everchanging global culture and talent pool. This new pool of potential candidates can look at Forney as a great place to work and one that will value their contribution.
